Preston is trained in vinyasa, kids yoga, Buti yoga, SUP yoga and yoga for trauma. She teaches a wide range of styles from power, to all levels vinyasa to seniors, to yin and restorative, to kids yoga in schools. Her natural understanding of sequencing and the human anatomy guarantees safe, practical and fun flows for all levels. In accordance with the true nature of yoga, Preston’s practices have a strong emphasis on breath and meditation.

The Goal: Empower people to expand beyond their comfort zone and discover the oneness of our world.
Join Preston Slaughter and Kelsey Brown for a weekend of backpacking, yoga and meditation in the solitude of nature. As a community we will hike into the wilderness with the intention to awaken our adventurous spirits and connect with jai ma (mama earth). We will tap into our intuition to explore the inner-self and the animalistic strength that lives within each of us, as we challenge our minds and bodies to new limits.
Hiking and yoga are for all beings, regardless of lifestyle, fitness level or interests. Whether you are seeking inner peace or just want to unplug from routine – we are here to guide you on your journey!
